Student enrolment procedures
Enrolment at Eatons Hill State School is governed by the school’s Enrolment Management Plan (EMP) which is intended to ensure that the number of students attending the school remains within the capacity of existing facilities.
The following EDMap website allows you to identify which state school’s catchment your address is situated in catchment area.
Students residing within catchment
Students whose principal place of residence is within the school catchment boundary are considered 'Inside Catchment' enrolments. Enrolment forms must be accompanied by appropriate “proof of residence” documentation as outlined in the EMP.
Parents or legal guardians who wish to enrol their child at the school will need to demonstrate that the student's principal place of residence is within the catchment area. Current proof of residency at the address indicated can be provided by way of one of each of the following:
One primary source - a current lease agreement, or rates notice, or un conditional sale agreement, and
One secondary source - a utility bill (e.g. electricity, gas), showing this same address and parent's/legal guardian's name.
Each student’s original birth certificate must also be sighted and copied by the school administration.
On enrolment, parents/carers will be required to complete the following forms.
